T-minus four days until Thanksgiving! If you don’t have any outfit already, don’t worry I have some ideas. If you’re feeling lost on what to wear for Thanksgiving dinner, here are five ideas. (All of the links are provided with the underlined text!)
Outfit 1
This outfit is suited for a warm-ish climate. The star of the show is this sleeveless suede dress from Revolve. Then of course what’s a cutie dress without some boots? So I would pair it with these Dolce Vita Black knee high boots. To make this outfit a little warmer, you can add a pair of fleece lined tights underneath. They are pretty easy to find; I like this pair from Target. This outfit is pretty simple, but easy to throw together last minute!
Outfit 2
What sparked my idea for this look is this adorable jacket from Princess Polly. It screams Thanksgiving to me! I would make this look more casual with a pair of jeans like this pair from Edikted. This ensemble could be completed multiple ways, but I would add black as another base color. For the undershirt, I would choose this one from Zara. To tie in more black I would pair the outfit with a pair of black ballet flats from Coach. You could also decide on brown flats which would tie in with the details on the jacket. I would then add a pair of cream colored socks underneath. If you wanted to elevate the look a little you could add a belt, like this one from Princess Polly.
Outfit 3
Okay, this ensemble is a personal favorite of mine. I have been really into sweatdresses recently, and what better time to wear one then Thanksgiving? There are two options for sweater dresses. The first one is this super simple dress from Pacsun. If you are ok with spending a little more and want a dress that is more detailed, this one from Free People is also very cute. Then, to make this outfit give what it needs to give, you’re going to add a statement. A favorite of mine is this one from Lucky Brand. Free People also has a lot of good options for statement belts. I would then add a pair of fleece tights, like the ones I listed from Target above. To top off this lovely look, of course, boots are needed! I would opt for a pair of brown boots, like these from Asos. If you want to be a little bit more adventurous, I think these Jellypop boots would really compliment the look as they would pair well with the details of the belt. Honestly, wishing I had planned to wear this for Thanksgiving!
Outfit 4
This outfit is similar to what I’m wearing for Thanksgiving. Start with a midi suede brown skirt, like this one from Zara. Then, pair it with a cute cream sweater, like this one from Zara or this asymmetrical one from Altar’d State. As for shoes, I would lean towards ballet flats. I really love this pair from Zara. Like I said before, adding a pair of cream socks would really add that extra chicness. Something like this pair from Zara. If you wanted you could also add a belt to make this fit extra stylish!
Outfit 5
Last, but certainly not least, is this adorable ensemble. I found this pair of patterned flats from Sam Edelman and knew they would look fabulous at a Thanksgiving dinner! With these elegant flats would pair a simple pair of black jeans, like these Pacsun ones. I also fell in love with the idea of these flats with this cute top from Edikted. Then, I would finish off the look with a belt. Something like this belt from Coach or this one from Princess Polly would look fantastic.
Hopefully you got some inspo for what to wear! Enjoy your Thanksgiving!
Till next Sunday,
Daisy
